All of gear use low caburizing alloy steel with caburizing and quenching process technology to reach gear with hardness of HRC58-62. Precision DIN5-6 grade with high efficiency and low noise.
The noise is down to 72dB from 85dB A, Vibrcation only 1.5mm/s.
Special design lurbrication system for good lurbicate and lower temeprature for gears and bearings.
