YG series three-phase AC induction motors for roller table
YG series three-phase motors for roller table are the new generation based on JG2 series motors. Its comprehensive performance is comparable with similar products sold internationally. They have features as following:
The mounting dimension of YG series motors comply with IEC standard. The degree of protection for enclosure is IP54. The type of cooling is IC410.
YG series motors can be classified as type YGa and type YGb end use. YGa motors features high blocking torque, low blocking current, high dynamic constant, soft mechanical characteristic, etc and is capable of frequent starting, braking and reversing operation. YGa motor is mainly used to dive the roller of working tables in the metallurgical industry and similar working conditions. YGb motors features high power, high efficiency, wide adjustable speed range, hard mechanical characteristic, etc. the motors is manly used to rive the roller of conveying tables in the metallurgical industry and similar working conditions.
YGa motor is insulation class H, and its rated duty type is S5, which is selected according to blocking torque and dynamic constant with mating duty cycle. FC represents duty cycle, and FC is 15%,25%,40% or 60%. The power of YGa motors in technical date table is designed under the condition of continuous duty and only for reference.
YGb motor is insulation class F and rated duty type is S1, which is selected under the condition of the power of continuous dity.
YG series motors can be adjusted by inverter. YGa motors can be adjusted from 20 to 80 Hz and YGb motors can be adjusted from 5 to 80 Hz please contact our technical department if you need other date which are different from technical date table.
YGP series three-phase AC induction motors driven by inverter for roller table
YGP series motors powered by inverter for roller-table is based on YG series motors to extend the adjustable speed range enlarge frame size and power range. It is designed to adopt the inverter to drive roller table in metallurgical industry, wide adjustable speed range, so the motors can be used not only in the roller table with continuous operation, but also in the roller table with frequent starting, braking, reversing operation.
The frame size of YG series motors is from H112 to H225. Its output torque is from 8 to 240 Nm and its frequency range is from 5 to 80 Hz. But the frame size of YGP series motors is from H112 to H400, and  its output torque is from 7 Nm to 2400 Nm, and its frequency rang is from 1 to 100Hz. YGP series motors can drive roller table with big torque and low speed.
Rated voltage: 380V, rated frequency: 50Hz. Supply the special voltage and frequency, such as 380V, 15Hz, 660V,20Hz, etc on the customers’ request.
Frequency range: 1 to 100 Hz. Constant torque is from 1 to 50 Hz and constant power is from 50 to 100 Hz. Or change the frequency rang on request.
Duty type: S1 to S9. S1 in the technical date table is only for reference.
Insulation class is H. the degree of protection for enclosure is IP54, also can be made into IP55, IP56, and IP65. The type of cooling is IC 410(surface nature cooling).
Position of terminal box: the terminal box is located on the left side of motors, with size is from H112 to H225 viewed from driving end, and is located on the top of the motors, which size is from H250 to H400 viewed from non shaft end.
