Y series industrial three phase AC induction motors
Y series is basic series, which features high efficiency, energy saving, high starting toque, small noise and vibration, long lift, reliable operation and aesthetic appearance, etc. power range and mounting dimension fully comply with IEC standard.
Y series motor is general-purpose motor, which can drive all kinds of mechanical equipments without special demand, such as machines for removing metal. Pump, cooling fan, conveying machines, blender, agricultural machinery, Food Machinery, etc. because of excellent starting performance series motor is applied to mechanical equipments with high starting torque, such as compressor, etc. Y series motor features insulation class B, and S1 duty, star-connection for 3kW and below whereas delta-connection for 4kW and above.
Y series three phase induction motor uses totally-enclosed fan-cooling structure with inner ventilation system. The type of cooling is IC411. the degree of protection is IP44, IP54 or IP55. fan cover is made by excellent steel.
The material of stator winding is polyester-coated round copper wire. After stator winding installation, VPI technology is applied to enhance the insulation performance, mechanical intensity and damp-proof performance.
Rotor is made by squirrel cage cast aluminum structure. After the precision balance of cast aluminum rotor, the motor can rotate stably. The shaft extension of the motor is single shaft extension on no special requirement or is double shaft extension on the special requirement.
The terminal box is located on the right side of motor viewed from shaft extension. The motor features capacious and fully-sealed terminal box with 6 terminals and grounding connection.
YE2 YE3 series motors
YE2  YE3 series motors are the new generation based on Y series motor, it is the most integrated low-voltage three-phase cage induction motors and it can meet the general-purpose needs at home and abroad.
YE2 YE3 series motor features aesthetic appearance, high efficiency, energy saving, small noise and vibration, reliable operation and long life, etc. the insulation class F, the degree of protection for enclosure is IP54 and the type of cooling is IC411. the performance of Y2 series is better than Y series and Y2 series comply with JB/T 8680.1-1988 standard. Its comprehensive performance is comparable with similar products sold internationally.
YE2 YE3 series motors’ rated voltage is 380V and its rated frequency is 50Hz. Y-connection for 3kW and below whereas delta-connection for 4kW and above. Its duty type is continuous S1.
The terminal box is located on the right side of motor when B5 and on he top of motor when B3 viewed from shaft extension. The motor features capacious and fully-sealed terminal box with 6 terminals and grounding connection.
