Designed and manufactured by INTECH to replace the old natural gas turbine gearboxes was successufly passed the third parts’ inspection and successfully deliveried.
This gearbox is supplied for customer Russia Natural gas group.
We use the new technology of caburizing quenching gear with hardness of HRC58-62 and high precision of DIN grade 5-6 to get the very low noise.
The tested noise is only 72dB(A) compared to the old one with 85dB(A), the vibration is only 0.15mm/s compared to old one of 3mm/s.
The measure gear contact pattern more than 95% compared to old one with only 60%.
Strictly controlled gear casing with high anti-corrossion paint system to make the gearbox in good look.
Customer commented that this gearbox is the best one he has inspected in past 20 years in China.
